You must download (FREE) the RUNTIME FILES below for all of our Windows (XP and Higher) software. You only need to download the RUNTIME FILES once, and these files are required for all of our Windows software!
If you are having any difficulties with our software, you should download these runtime files again to make sure you have the latest versions of all DLL and system files.
