When running the A-2 Technologies software on Microsoft’s new platform “Windows Vista”, you may run into a small error message below.
If you see this error message when running our software, you can solve this problem by making one change to the shortcut(s) that were installed with our software. Our shortcuts are found on the Windows desktop, and in the folder called A-2 Technologies. To make changes to the shortcuts in the A-2 Technologies folder, you need to right mouse click on the start menu, and then select open all users. (Shown below)
Double click the programs icon: Inside this folder, you will find our shortcuts to the software you installed. Right mouse click on each program, then select properties:
Next, you can select this checkbox called: “run this program as an administrator”.
Click the OK button to save your changes. Remember to do this for all our software programs, plus do not forget to do this on your Windows desktop A-2 Technologies software icons.
